I was so excited after years of being away from the area to learn Double Decker Pizza had more than the Ridley Park location. I got the inside outside pizza for memories. What a disappointment they gave me like 4 pepperoni. While the overall taste was the same the amount of filling was disappointing.

IS THERE ANYTHING LESS THAN ONE STAR? Are you kidding me?? An hour And 45 minutes after ordering and NOTHING!!! I called the store and was met by a so- called manager that was rude, impolite and utterly useless. Wanted me to accept food that was sitting in a broken down car for the last hour and 45 minutes. Poor communication. The manager had a chance to keep a customer for life but instead alienated one. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOUBLE DECKER IN GLEN MILLS.

Love Double Decker & glad there is a Chadd's Ford location now BUT I have to give 3 stars because the Chadd's Ford Inside Outs are dry!! (aka there is no cheese or sauce bubbling inside when compared to a Ridley or Media Inside Out). Since childhood if I added up the number of Inside Outs I've eaten; I'm easily in the hundreds. Double Decker is known for them, so make them right!! Please Please Please get re-trained down at Ridley or something! I love that Double Decker has expanded over the years but please keep the quality that all of us have supported you because of for years! First semi-negative review I've ever written but I had to after two of my neighbors and my Mom & Dad both just recently said the same exact thing about the Chadd's Ford location.

Horrible food. Wasted good money & left here feeling ripped off. Thanks for the gyro that was basically lettuce & pita. Horrible. I will never go back. Store bought onion rings that were hard & gross. Got ripped off big time. They need to close or get new management. Save your money & eat somewhere else!

We've been fans of Double Decker for a long time and eat at their location in Ridley Park. When the Glen Mills shop opened we were happy because we didn't have to drive so far to get an inside out! The restaurant is family owned and the food is really good. It has the typical pizza shop menu but you can also get burgers, sandwiches, and salads. My kids really like their inside outs, which are pizza dough stuffed with cheese and pizza toppings, either baked or fried. The fried ones are yummy! The place is clean and bright with 10 or so tables, they do take out, and I'm pretty sure that they deliver. It is a great place for a quick lunch or dinner and the food is always fast and good.

Uggghhhh.. Did you ever see yourself doing something and knew the outcome was not going to be good? Well given the choice of eating this again verse burning 20 bucks for fun...I'll burn it... I'll have to chalk this up to a momentary lapse of reason but kids wanted to try an ISOP which is for all intensive purposes an empanada stuffed with sub-optimal ingredients and fried to a greasy stomach ache inducing consistency. Honestly I can not believe (well yes I can) how anyone rates these things as 4-5 stars... Its just not for me or apparently my kids.. but hey if you love grease, lousy dough, poor ingredients and have a hankering for that aftertaste of overly greasy food and delight in taking Rolaids.... order up. In addition to an ISOP i ordered a cheese steak with xtra whizz and onions. well that came on a decent roll but was missing the onions. Its a tough order and I knew I was in trouble having had to repeat it 3 times... (Cheese Steak xtra wiz fried onions).....Ehhh i have had better in an airport but managed to choke down half of it...maybe if the onions made the trip with the steak :) I am willing to try new things and never mind paying for something that is decent and comes as advertised. In fact I have eaten all over the world and had some amazing experiences. This one though I am putting in my top 5 awful meals of all time. Really disturbingly bad food, executed poorly. Just really hate tossing 20 bucks out like that and seeing the half cheesesteak, half of an ISOP and another whole untouched ISOP in the trash really bums be out The service from the delivery driver was fine though. He was on point, polite and nice.

Enjoy their inside outs. Fries are good too. Delivery is always quick. Was thrilled when they opened this location. Too far to travel to Ridley.
